On July 17, 2014, the company announced a rebranding to the Saucify name.
Some have speculated that the investors are the original Grand Prive group of casinos but as a private company, it isn’t clear who is behind the operations and development. The company is said to be owned by a Private Equity Group based in the United Kingdom along with “4 Angel investors”. These include the Genesys Group and Taj Asia Enterprises.
Several other groups were launched after Grand Prive migrated their games to the platform on April 1, 2010.
